BOARD MEMBERS

The Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival Board is made up of local volunteers who were either appointed, elected, or represent a local non-profit organization. Presently, there are 8 non-profit organizations that are invited to select two of their members to serve on our board and have voting powers.

We elect a new chairman annually, and they are able to appoint up to 20 volunteers to help plan our festival for the upcoming year. Other elections have various terms and limits, but these elected officials make up our executive board.

All of our members are passionate about the Strawberry Festival, and we can’t thank them enough for donating so much of their time to planning and organizing this amazing event for our farmers and community!
